I have put together a small stylized landscape for the unreal engine 5.
The cloud texture is a Blender screenshot of a procedurally generated 3D cloud, colored in red, green and blue. This way I can quickly generate many different clouds at once.
I use the color information in the Unreal Material Editor to color the cloud differently.
The grass texture is also a screenshot of different splines with a color gradient. For the spline placement I used a particle system on a plane in Blender, with the different parameters there I can generate many different placements.
